| Have you ever lost something and never realized how much you needed it until it was missing? How about a person? Today I didn't exactly lose someone, but he went home sick today and skipped school. Today I was all by myself. No one was there to open the door for me, no one to show me new music he found, no one to laugh at, no one to share my lunch with, no one to tell how I really felt. Joey started feeling sick last night, and then gave it to me. I started feeling sick this morning.
I was able to skip 6th hour, which was a blessing. I went straight to my trailer and called Joe and then fell asleep. Sleep...I slept so much in the last week and half. Why am I still tired?
Tomorrow's Artist Series...and then there's a hockey game afterwards. Joe and I are going on a double date with my room mate Somer and her boyfriend David. It should be fun. But not the same without Cristi and Adam.  I miss those two so much. Anyways. We should have a good time with Somer and David. I think we might go out somewhere to eat or go to Joe's house and chill.
Well, I'm gonna head over to the Grind I think. I need to study and get a hot drink. Get well soon joey so we can play!

| Weekends are so wonderful!! I get to catch up on my homework, study, catch up on some reading, maybe do some Access, (and make Mr. G. proud!) RIIIIIIGHT!!! Notta. I did absolutely nothing. I was planning on starting my 1 Corinthians paper, but that didn't happen. All I did was lay around in my brother's room watching him play his new Play Station game. I have many fond memories with my brother and his Play Station. I love my lil bro. I even helped him get to the next level!! hehehe. anyways. On Friday my sister and I went to Joe's house and we made a fire pit outside in the back yard. I dug up all the bricks from the old flower bed to surround the the pit. It looks pretty good. Joe did a good job. He worked pretty hard at it. Mom made some really good hamburgers and then we all watched Lake House. It was an ok movie. Joe was guessing the movie before anything happened. (So much like my dad) Natalie was getting upset. Sorry Nat... I wish I coulda gone with the Everson's to Wild Rose to hear Ben speak. That would have been awesome. But there wasn't any room for me to go. At least Joe and I had a chance to meet up with Ben and Amanda this week. It was such a blessing to get to know them and the kids better. Here's the plan for Joe and I: Joe and I are going to be traveling along with Ben and Amanda across the country preaching and helping churches. I'm going to be an evangelist's wife! I'm so excited. First we are going to have to raise support, and find a truck and trailer (my home). Of course we will have to get married, we aren't engaged yet. (That's Joe's job and I have no idea what his plan is. I'm hoping soon) Hopefully we will be getting married this coming summer after graduation. Joe needs to find a job for next semester and start saving money. Hopefully I'll be able to find a good job over Christmas break and over the beginning on the summer. I'm very excited and please pray for us as we are making decision for our future together. I couldn't concentrate in sunday school this morning. I was thinking of things to do with a trailer and what all I would need to make it a home. It's so weird to think that I'll be traveling all over the country. At least I'll be able to see a lot of friends from school. I'll have so many contacts. I want to visit everybody! Well, I should start on some homework, and maybe watch some of the packer game. They just scored!!! YEAH! Looks like they might win this one! maybe. Gotta go, have a good week everyone! | | |

It's been a while since I've last posted. I'm kinda bored with xanga. I really like myspace. But since that doesn't go, this will have to do for now. Anyways. Last night was like probably the worst night of my life. My boyfriend was missing for over 12 hours. I was up all night last night waiting for a call from someone to tell me that he was ok. First Mrs. Everson called me wondering where Joe was. I thought he went home after watching the football game at the Von's. Well this was 9:30pm, and the game ended around 4ish?? So I called around campus (i'm at home already). No one has seen him and thought he left around 7ish. huh, that's weird. ok...I told Mr. Everson that the car wasn't working the other day so maybe Joe's sitting on the side of the road waiting for the car to start working or warm up. So Mr. Everson drove to campus and back twice looking for joe. Around 1am I called the Everson's again and still no word of Joe. I was very paniced at this time. I waited, watching X-Men 3 and old survivor tapes from a few years ago. Don't ask me why survivor. The tape was just sitting in my room. Some African American lady won. My mind was thinking of things that Joe would be doing, or why he hasn't called. I thought for sure he was sitting in a ditch or the hospital. Finally, around 8am, Mr. Everson called and said "I think we found him" You think??!! How can you say that 'you think?' I need to know. (i didn't say this, I love Mr. Everson, dad, but I was so frustrated, I just needed to know that joe was safe for sure.) So, to conclude this search that happend all night, not that I did any searching, I did do a lot of calling. Joseph Everson was at Gavin Roger's house. So, what do I do? I'm so glad he's safe. But right now I want to hug him, and then hit him. (sigh) that's my story of last night. Usually I try to catch up on some sleep over the weekend. Not this weekend. If you see me falling asleep tomorrow in chapel, you'll know why. So here's a tip to all those men out there, married, dating, single...any men. Remember this. Women get very scared when you don't call to tell where you are at. (especially mothers and that special someone) If you're out past the time you were expected to come, first thoughts in our heads are: (at least mine) 'He's dead, i just know it, he's dead. Something bad's happend. But if he's ok...He's dead when he gets home.' well, that's kinda broad...hehehe i'm gonna go take my nap now. | | |
